Had my vehicle towed to their lot. Was given a call back same day apologizing that they wouldn't be able to look at my vehicle until the following morning. Received a follow up call the following morning with an estimate for repairs. Repairs completed and I picked up my vehicle the very next day. Vehicle has been running perfect since. A+ customer service and repairs. Thank you!

I like Cody. I also like it that when I had to take my car back for something they missed, a technician met me right at the door. ??

Have been going to you guys for a while now and get the feeling that you do the minimum and charge the maximum. Most recent example, picked car up after $800+ brake job and the low tire pressure light is on the dash. Seems like good service would have been to adjust tire pressure. But maybe that would cost extra, like at the dealership.

A little disappointed that all of the employees were not wearing masks. Despite the sign on the door which said all customers must wear masks. Seems like common courtesy that employee could wear masks when we drop off vehicles. Overall vehicle service and everything was good.

I started with Northeast Automotive many years ago and was very pleased and felt confident in their honesty and work quality. However, in recent years, my faith in the shop has been declining. Recommendations or lack thereof have been questionable. I continued using them, especially for oil changes, however, at my last oil change, they cross threaded the oil plug and stripped out the threading from the oil pan. Now my pan leaks at the plug and the repair will be costly. Will find another shop.
